The biggest reason that KFC can explode its business all over the world is that it has a very good way to manage its business. And in order to achieve this, KFC built a standard system to make sure that they can The first standard system is about the food safety and quality system. In this system, it has three parts. First is to guarantee the quality of the raw material, they use five aspects including quality, technique, finance, reliability and communication to select a better supplier to make sure that the KFC can use safe raw material. Second is to guarantee its production process. For example, every food in their menu has a particular production process and it need to be done exactly how they need to be. When hiring new employees, the system will identify if the interviewees have the characteristic that KFC need, such as smiling all the time when they face a customer, doing whatever they can to make the customers feel comfortable. In addition, all the new employees need to be train at least about 200 hour to guarantee the employees have high service skills before they actually become an official employee. And the most important thing that this system emphasized is that KFC believed that their service toward customers is the extension of the quality of their production. Another reason why KFC can achieve such great successes is that it opens another KFC exactly the way a chain restaurant should do. The advantage of chain restaurants is the customers can always have almost the same food, the same quality of service, and also the same price.
