I was able to learn how to work with students on their running, and the students were able to learn how to be healthy and active while having fun. It was an amazing experience to see them all improve their times with each session and having fun while doing it. Obesity is such a wide spread problem across our nation, so I am very thankful to have a positive impact on our students, and show them that being active and staying healthy can be something fun they can do with their family and friends.
