Knowledge-The term knowledge refers to the information, understanding, or skill that you get from experience or education and awareness of something. The fact or condition of knowing something with familiarity gained through experience or association and acquaintance with or understanding of a science, art, or technique.

Experiences- The term experience refers to the effect upon the judgment or feelings produced by any event, whether witnessed or participated in; personal and direct impressions as contrasted with description or fancies; personal acquaintance; actual enjoyment or suffering. Personal experience involves gaining knowledge by being personally involved in an event, situation or circumstance.

Instructional Skills- According to Webster Dictionary, the term instruction is a noun may refer to “the activities of educating, instructing or teaching; activities that impart knowledge or skills”. The term instructional skills refers “to a process or manner by which an instruction module, instruction phase, or an entire course is delivered, and which may include a conference, demonstration, discussion, lecture, etc. also called technique of delivery”.
