They have a wide variety of products that they offer that leads to attracting more clients because of the convenience that they have if specially if the client is looking for other home decorations. Their supplies are imported from China
They are dependent in the raw materials from china, this may lead to not being able to return some raw materials if they it is a bad order because of the shipping cost that will be involved, and also this will lead them to having more inventory in their back room operations to cut shipping costs and to avoid shortage and delay of orders

They showcase uniqueness by offering their blinds with screen unlike that of the other companies. Having a wide variety of products gives them a foot forward advantage compared to that of other retailers in this kind of industry and they also offer a Magic Screen – Magic Verifold which is new and a unique product compared to their competitors. Having only imported materials to be used in their product, this may affect the supply and the quality of raw materials that they will not have a control of. They may receive bad orders for their raw materials but they might have a hard time to ship it back because of the shipping costs, and also the time that will be used in ordering will be long to prepare for the demand of the product that they will offer, they will also invest a big amount for their stocks to avoid shortage and delay in
