Kyam Livingston was a 37 year old mother of two, from Brooklyn, New York who died under police custody in July of this year. During an escalated argument with her elderly grandmother, over alcoholic consumption police were called to the scene. Prior to this altercation, Livingston had made an agreement with her grandmother, a legalized order of protection that was established prohibiting alcohol or fighting in the household. When police arrived she was immediate arrested and taken to King County hospital where she was given treatment for her intoxication. Harris made a passenger side approach to the vehicle, and asked the driver for his driver’s license and vehicle registration.

Cornelius Mahony was born in County Cork, Ireland on December of 1828 to Timothy and Mary Mahony. At seventeen years old, he made the journey to the new country, the United States. Many speculate that he came over for new beginnings due to hardship in the potato famine. He stayed in New York for a couple of years where he met his wife, Bridget Fitzgibbon (Somers). Bridget was also Irish.
As we all know 27 year old James Eagan Holmes opened fire in a crowded movie theater, Century 16, on July 20,2012. Holmes had over 700 rounds of ammunition with him, killing 12 and injuring 70. Not long ago, over 3 years after the shooting, on August 7th, Holmes was sentenced to 12 life sentences and 3,318 years without parole. Holmes was a former grad student.

James Riddle was born on 14th February 1913 in Brazil. He was the second born in a family of four children and was an athlete. He started working full time while still a teenager in a department store as a stock boy after quitting school at the ninth grade. In 1930, he started working in a warehouse as a freight handler. This provided a platform for his career.
I decided to do my writing on James Earl Chaney. James Earl Chaney was born in Meridian, Mississippi in 1943. He also went to a catholic school for his first nine grades. He wore NAACP badges to school to mark support of the civil rights movement and was suspended by the principal that feared what an all-white school board would think about it. He joined the fight for freedom as a teenager by participating in bus protests in 1962.

Mike Keats was a really nice, brave and intelligent person. Although Mike Keats was a great man and a great hockey player he reacted so much on his temper, so he always used to go to the penalty box as a punishment while playing hockey. Mike was traded so many times to different teams and got drafted on their teams but Mike had a Native American teammate, which than became his friend Dakota. Dakota had a good talent at that time to help Mike when he needed it. Unfortunately there was once something really mysterious that Mike wouldn’t tell anyone.
With the door being propped open, Holmes proceeded to his car where he had left his weapons of choice to carry out his plan. He put on Police SWAT gear, loaded up his guns, and walked back toward the theater. Before he entered he threw a canister of tear gas into the audience. This confused and shocked everyone in theater nine because many people thought it was a promotional stunt for the movie. “After both canisters explode, witnesses say he started shooting, first at the ceiling first and then at the crowd.”
The year was 1804 the 47 year old Hamilton died by the hand of Aaron Burr. Burr challenged Hamilton to a duel where he then lost his life. At Weehawken, New Jersey is where the fight went down. At the time Hamilton was wearing his glasses and Burr though he was going to take dealdey aim so Burr shot him right between the ribs. Hamilton was then taken back to New York where he died.

Mercy seems to be very rare in today’s world, most people if they had the option to punish someone who has hurt them, would do it without thinking twice. Mary Johnson of Minneapolis, Minnesota however is different than most. In February 1993, Mrs Johnson's son, Laramiun Byrd, 20, was shot in the head by 16-year-old Israel after an argument at a party. Israel was involved with drugs and gangs, was tried as an adult and sentenced to 25 and a half years. He served 17 when Mrs. Johnson said she wanted to visit him in prison.
Kathe was a German artist. She lived from July 8th 1867 to April 22nd 1945 during the Expressionism period. Her artwork depicted many emotions and could be considered dark and constructed, as she drew with poverty, hunger and the working class people as her inspiration and her experiences with WW I and II. She was mainly known for her etching style of her art, but worked with many other types such as painting, sculpting, and woodcuts. Kathe was also the first woman to be elected to the Prussian Academy of Arts Born as Kathe Schmidt, Kathe was the fifth child in her family.
Katherine Johnson is a Nasa Mathematician who was influenced by Dorothy Vaughn. She graduated from high school at the age of 15 and went to college at West Virginia at the age of 16. During her studies at WV, she took a variety of classes in the mathematics, English and French Departments. When she turned 18 she graduated cum laude with a bachelor in mathematics and French. Johnson first project was the calculation of the trajectory of the first astronaut to travel through space in 1961.
