La Miel Filipina’s Vision
5 years from now, La Miel Filipina envisions itself as a business that widened its scope of industry by producing different kinds of honey based products like skin care, cosmetics, and food and beverage that is based on honey. We will also expand and have own connections and hunters in certain provinces, so that we won’t need a supplier anymore. It aims to manufacture honey and be able to help and encourage local bee hunters to sustainably hunt the resources and educating people about the uses and benefits of honey by utilizing the very core of the business. La Miel Filipina will become the leading brand of both honey and honey based products, as it continuously improves their operation, human resource and marketing strategies.

We would also introduce the use and benefits of the honey to Filipino people. La Miel Filipina provides work to bee hunters that also promotes sustainable resource hunting in the forests, mangroves and land of the Philippines to preserve the bees and environment.

Ms. Cardiello is a 40 year old individual, who was born in Manhattan and raised in Franklin Square. She graduated from a joint high school, Carey and Sewanhaka high school in 1992. She continued her education at Nassau Community College where she obtained an Associate in Liberal Arts. She indicated following her degree from Nassau she received an academic scholarship to Dowling College where she graduated in 1996 with a degree in psychology and a teaching certification. She indicated that she has not had a stable work because she has been in court for many years and it has affected her ability to work full time.

Upon me beginning to build a strong mentor rapport with Karla Y. Velazquez, she has shown great interest in being a leader at Dynamy Youth Academy. She has demonstrated this by constantly when aiming to assist her peers resolve their obstacles or achieve their goals whether be it personally or academically. Should an opportunity appear for her to improve upon her leadership skills, Karla does needs a little coaching or explaining on how this can improve her already impressive skill set. Upon doing so Karla will aggressively seize the opportunity for self improvement.
