As I sit in class trying to focus on the class discussion before me, I try to stay focused and engaged with the topic. So many words, so many conversations, but my mind is so blank it's as if I can hear a pin drop from the first floor. Anything spoken around me unless addressed directly to me seems as if it is going straight through me. I look out the window to mask my boredom, but my gaze is directed towards a leaf falling from a tree, sending me into a type of dase.
