II) To study the factors affecting on the landuse pattern in Hadgaon tahsil. Data Collection and Methodology: The present research paper is based on the primary and secondary data. The primary data is collected by visiting of some places Hadgaon tahsil, where as the secondary data is collected from the socio-economic review of Nanded district (2013) and gazetteer of the Nanded district. The collected information is finally classified, tabulated and by applying various cartographic and statistical techniques presented in the form of table, graph and diagram. That is lowest ratio out of the total geographical area. The southern part of the tahsil is having thick forest due to the hilly area. The northern part of the tahsil is found thin forest. Area Not Available For Cultivation: About 7156 hectares of the area is under not available for cultivation in hadgaon tahsil it is 6.85 per cent. The area under these categories various from place to place. Basically the southern part of the tahsil is found the hilly area. Therefore there are large area is not available for cultivation. Uncultivatable Land: About 718 hectares of the area is under uncultivable land in hadgaon tahsil it is 0.69 per cent. That is small proportion out of the total geographical area.
