ABSTRACT
Optical character recognition is an active field for recognition pattern. Recognition of offline handwritten text is a very challenging task. Aside from the large variation of different handwriting styles, neighbouring characters within a word are usually connected, and we may need to segment a word into individual characters for accurate character recognition.

They propose one of the two methods that are able to properly segment both lines and words. Their method is able to deal with overlapping text lines and various kinds of writing.
[6]. In this paper, they have proposed different methods for text line segmentation of English language. They have used smearing methods, horizontal projections, half transform. They first blur the image to enhance text line areas and then segment the images surface along several white paths in the blurred image. After they assign CCs of the original image to the appropriate line segment. They notice that most of them occurred when they had great variations in letter size. They could try and define locally the blurring window depending on a more local estimation of the average letter height.
[7]. In this paper, they have proposed different methods for segmentation of handwritten words into its basic components namely basic characters, conjunct characters and modifiers, which are essential for recognition of a

Segmenting natural language characters like Hindi, Gujarati etc is more challenging task in compare to English language. To perform segmentation we require some knowledge of particular language. So , we are trying to do more work on this so that efficiency of this work will increase & we get large throughput of doing work.

Then it passes through canny edge detection technique. It provides a binary image with wrinkle edges as shown in Fig. 4(a). The white pixels of the wrinkle area give information about wrinkle present in the facial image. In binary image, binary value 1 is used for white pixel, and binary value 0 is for black pixel. So, sum of the pixel values of wrinkle area in binary face image is directly proportional to wrinkle present in the face as shown in Fig. 4(b).

In Red Zone, Jack Molloy just led the New York Hawks to a Super Bowl. Even though they didn’t win, offers are coming in from everywhere to purchase the team.

The roles of men and women have been challenged throughout the existence of the human race. Vince Fylnn has adapted this argument to his novel The Third Option in a way of professionalism and everyday formality. Flynn portrays this theme as the base of the story; tying in the reputation of the CIA’s head coordinator, Irene Kennedy, against the two main antagonists Hank Clark and Albert Rudin. Motivation is a key aspect in Ransom, a novel created by Malouf, a reinterpretation of the Iliad. Characters challenge conventions and expectations in order to transform and Malouf presents heroism beyond the aesthetic of the usual homeric hero. Characters are enabled to find curiously beauty in the ordinary, the most simplistic of acts and through unconventional thinking, they break free of preconceived notions. Malouf incorporates raw emotions, grief and loss characters are united by the aspect of mortality; enabling them to challenge their previous roles and expectations.

This made the text run smoothly for the reader and not lose focus. “To avoid confusion in your own writing, make sure that at every point your reader can clearly tell who is saying what” (71).
