Documentary: in the documentary of last day in Vietnam it talk about how the American soldiers where try to help the south Vietnamese in the war between north and south Vietnamese the American tropes where try to help evacuate as many friends and families before the north Vietnamese takes over the south Vietnamese because the south was losing the war between the north and south Vietnamese. Film: In American sniper power was one of the relate themes to the movie because it show how the united states tropes where in Iraq try to find the people responsible for the destruction of twin tower and for the death of the innocent people that where kill that day. Film: The author’s purpose for the film American sniper was to show the viewers at home how the families feel when there loved one go and fight for the country they love. The filmmaker want to show the people at home what the soldiers go through when they are in Iraq and what kind of decision the soldiers have to make in order to survive. The filmmaker show how the families are affected when their loved ones are in war. The author was successful in fulfilling on what the soldiers go thought when they are in war and showing what the families go through when there loved one are in
Through the usage of graphical features used by Xan Brooks, it reinforces the idea of the portrayal of killing shown in the American sniper is morally unacceptable and is not accurate. At the top of the film review is a photograph of ‘Chris Kyle’ portrayed by Bradley Cooper. In the image, Chris is sitting in a military aircraft, facing a rectangle object covered with the United States flag symbolising independence and liberty. The object is presumably a coffin holding a comrade lost in the brutality of war. The position of the coffins show the reader how with war, death is never far behind - this is shown by how the two coffins look as though they are following each other.
It was very dangerous to be out there in war this book “American Sniper” was amazing. This story was based on a true story and they had a lot of action in it. They involved shooting and other things. Chris was a man who was very brave and care a lot for his family. He never gave up on anything.

In chapter 7 Luis goes to east LA to riot. He goes to riot about the Vietnam war because they don 't want to send more mexicans to the war. Things start to get violent and in a turn of events he gets arrested and taken to jail. He later gets released with no trial or questioning. Back at school he starts a walk off to protest better conditions for the students.
Many soldiers have to endure the pain of being away from their families so long. Soldiers need to accept the fact that they might not live another day serving for their country. America has lost many battles and many warriors in our history in war. The book American Sniper by Chris Kyle is about a Navy Seal sniper who shares his experiences while in combat. In the film American Sniper directed by Clint Eastwood and the novel Slaughterhouse Five by Kurt Vonnegut, both works exhibit depiction of war through the protagonist. However, each work is portrayed differently as they each show a representation with opposite depiction of war. While one decides to promote war, the other diminish it. In Eastwood’s adaptation of American Sniper, his insight appears as a promotion for pro-war propaganda, in contrast, Slaughterhouse Five depicts ideas that portray the war in a poor light. American Sniper retells the story of Chris Kyle, a Navy Seal who was reported to have 160 confirmed kills.
What has distinguished Vietnam veterans from most of their predecessors is that the public 's detestation of the war seemed to be directed onto them, as if it was their fault. Thus they did not return as heroes, but as men suspected in participating in shocking cruelty and wickedness or feared to be drug addicts. The combination of society rejecting them, the government ignoring them, and their families not understanding to them, caused Vietnam veterans to self-destruct both mentally and sometimes physically.

Veterans after the Vietnam War PTSD or also known as post-traumatic stress syndrome is a disorder that develops in some people who have experienced a shocking, scary, or dangerous event. Symptoms may include, flashbacks (reliving the trauma over and over), physical symptoms like a racing heart or sweating, easily startled, feeling tense or “on edge”, having difficulty sleeping, having angry outbursts, bad dreams, and mood swings. Although there are some people who have not actually gone through a traumatic experience still can have symptoms of PTSD. There are two ways to treat PTSD that have been proven to be effective on Veterans. These treatments are counseling and medication.

An example of such a film is American Sniper; moreover, this film traces the life of an American Navy Seal named Chris Kyle who was renowned for his exceptional marksmanship on the battlefield and unyielding patriotism for his country. Clint Eastwood, the director of the film, precisely depicts the atrocities of war and the lengths that a veteran must visit in order to ensure the safety of their country. Chris Kyle is compelled to snipe and kill an Iraqi woman and her child after discovering that they were planning on bombing an American infantry. Additionally, guilt ravages this young soldier’s psyche and haunts him.
In “The Sniper” by Liam O’ Flaherty, The Republican Sniper is shown as curious, courageous, and aware. The Sniper is shown to be curious in the story when he goes and looks at the dead sniper’s body. “When the sniper reached the laneway on the street level, he felt a sudden curiosity as to identify of the enemy sniper whom he had killed” (Flaherty 439). This quote shows that The Republican Sniper is curious because during this part, he wants to identify who he had killed. During the story, The Republican Sniper is also courageous.
The top reasons that United States of America lost in Vietnam War was because, corruption, climate and the lack of interests. The people in the United State of America did not support the war and certainly did not appreciate how the government decided to put their hands in the foreign countries. The young soldiers when they first arrived Vietnam their bodies did not adjust to the temperature and weather in Vietnam. When the United State government sent supplies and money over to the South Vietnamese military the money went to the pocket of the people in the upper power. Back in the 1960s the technology that United State of America had was way more advanced than Vietnam.
It's viciously cold, people are sick, hunger is spreading across all two thousand huts, and that’s just the beginning. Further on, I hear gunshots being fired while soldiers are marching. Its 1777 and the Revolutionary War just started and soldiers are already retreating. I stay here and protect the soldiers from enemies while disease, hunger, and cold spread. I know why I was made and how I will serve - sheltering these warriors is the most important objective I will do.
