How to Become a Leader “If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, so you are a leader.”(John Uincy Adams, n.d.) . To turn into a leader; it does not mean to be a chosen official, or a CEO. A leader is someone others constantly want to pursue for new developments and ideas. A true leader inspires firm faithfulness into his followers through these three distinct steps. In order to become a successful leader the person has to think like a leader in being confident, being firm with the team, being an expert, and caring about the followers. Confidence is one of the requirements to be a leader. When the person is confident and he acts as he is in the right place, then that one gets trust and respect from his followers. Moreover, is to be firm, but kind at the same time. The leader should put the rules and the frontiers. First, thinking like a leader with the purpose of being a successful leader, and this means to be confident, to be steady but nice, to be an expert, and to be concerned about the followers. Subsequently, act like a leader in different situations as keeping promises, showing obligation to the team’s enhancement, and to seeing more than doing. Since identifying a problem, making decisions with being accountable for the consequences, and thinking about the entire team, it shows that person is ready to be a successful leader.
