Sometimes isolation is always at its best and as a big challenge in organisations, because people dares each time you give them a feedback from superiors and feels that you overstep on their work.
But when you are determined to have desired result you will keep on pushing for what you want to be done, whether they like it or not.
But at the end of the day, approach matters and as a leader, one must understand that the people you lead are coming from various background and once you come to understand them you turn to a dear ear so that all the noise may not disturb the attention to a given responsibility.

I respond calmly and be content with my stance no matter how emotional and rude one could be, and mostly that is the time one must use good approach without succumbing to any pressure and ensure people do their duties to the best of their ability.
I can only react to situations when l can see and have a feel that everyone is in the mood and no matter what it takes I even work better under pressure and in a challenging environment.
Once l take some time to get used to the problem, it gives me courage to work extra hard and deliver to the expectation.

When it was time for me to begin taking on the role , I started off very unsure and low confident... However , the group respected the orders I gave and understood the power I had at that moment of time and did what I asked of them to do. As time went on , I developed this wave of power , the kind of power you develop when you achieve a goal. As the group listened and everything went smoothly , the nervosity soon lifted off my shoulders and that ridiculous fear of leadership soon melted away.

Once you have your own foundation with being a leader, I think that as a leader you can transition and understand the behavior of others that may be on your team. When acknowledging others on the team, I think that it is important to identify strengths and weaknesses of others and the team. I consider myself a leader, i believe this because i am the type of person that feels like if i am not the one to do it then it will not be done the right way. Whenever i would work in groups i would designate myself to be the one to do the harder assignment, because i only trusted that would take it serious, not anyone else. I had to score myself between 1 and 5, with 1 being closer to management and 5 being closer to leadership. Out of 24 questions 21 of those questions were scored closer to leadership.
