Role of learning facilitator should be added to traditional managerial role. This is because, in traditional managerial role, the managers plays a very important role which is to lead his employees to achieve the company’s goals. On the knowledge based economy many companies are practicing traditional managerial role which is to mean employees in the companies are sharing their knowledge among their department. A learning facilitator means a teacher who does not operate under the traditional concept of teaching but rather is meant to guide and assist students in learning themselves by their own ideas and their own knowledge.
