Responding to the question about facilities for learning, the participants said:
P1: There is enough infrastructure; buildings, labs and other resources in technical institutions. But in remote areas like Humla and Jumla there may not be sufficient facilities.
P2: We think that learning facilities depend on geographical regions and institutions.
P1: Due to the lack of sufficient economic resources all the facilities which learners demand can’t be fulfilled.
P2: Hostels, buses, internet, well equipped buildings are lacking even in the institutions run by CTEVT. Books, hand-outs and practical classes are there.
P1: Satisfactory teaching learning process can be seen in the technical education program

Learning facilities is a term used liberally in educational discourse because of the emerging use of information technologies for educational purposes on the one hand, and the constructivist concept of knowledge and learning on the other. The facilities for learning means a physical space that supports multiple and diverse teaching and learning programs and pedagogies, including current technologies; one that demonstrates optimal, cost-effective building performance and operation over time; one that respects which is in harmony with the environment; and one that encourages social participation, providing a healthy, comfortable, safe, secure and stimulating setting for its occupants. In its narrowest sense, a physical learning environment is seen as a conventional classroom and, in its widest sense, as a combination of formal and informal education systems where learning takes place both inside and outside of schools. Traditional school teaching is almost conveying too much theoretical information and for preventing in-depth learning. Many people believe that inert knowledge is relevant for exams but not for real-world problems. It includes building, availability of enough rooms, proper lighting and ventilation, seating and furniture, provision of pure and safe drinking water, availability of play grounds, laboratories, writing boards, enough washrooms etc. In order to improve teaching learning process, general cleaning and particularly the cleanliness of class rooms are necessary. Introduction: Clear, concise, and cohesive: all necessities of an argument. Matthew Sanders, a college professor at the University of Utah, writes in his online bio that he enjoys analyzing the ways of teaching and learning, which is exactly what Sanders does in his book. In Matthew L, Sanders’ book Becoming a Learner: Realizing the Opportunity of Education he argues that college is meant to develop a person into a greater being not to teach them job skills. To develop Sanders’ claim, learning is more than just retaining facts, he correctly aligns his rhetorical situation and uses elements of generative and persuasive arguments. A child is struggling to learn at his/ school. He is more of a visual learner, like learning with pictures and shapes in front of him. His school, however, does not have the power and funding to do such things for him, which leaves him struggling and get bad grades. Now, why does he have to struggle in a school system which can’t even support his learning style?
IDEA OR PRACTICE BEING USED: The district worked collaboratively with teachers to develop personalized learning for all educators to help with using new technology in their classroom. Educators were given an opportunity to teach learning sessions about something they feel they do well or choose learning sessions relevant to where they were with the ease of using technology using the SAMR model. A number of ways to establish a safe and supportive learning environment is to stay within what is deemed as conventional rules and disciplines. A typical class room layout is rows of desks and chairs facing the front, it is the usual expected layout for learners and encourages them to accept conformity, something as simple as sitting on the chairs facing the front of the classroom is reassuring to the majority that the class is safe. In days of yesteryear the students would be expected to stand up when the teacher entered the room and wait for permission to be seated, thankfully those days are in the distant past and now it is acceptable to remain talking until the teacher is ready to begin class.
