Dyslexia is an inherited condition that makes it extremely difficult to read, write, and spell the language .The study aimed to know the degree of the difficulties faced by elementary students in reading English in Naseeba Bint Kaab School in Alhasa, and whether there are individual differences of statistical significance attributed to (age, experience, scientific qualification….etc).The sample consisted of (80) students. The subjects were chosen using the stratified random sample in the second semester of the scholastic year 2015 /2016. I constructed in my research a fifteen-item questionnaire. The problem of learning reading difficulties is one of the basic problems faced by students in education especially for the elementary level students. Therefore, the learning difficulties reading differ from a student to another. This means that each student may have a special case, and therefore, we should focus on the importance of psychological individual differences in dealing and formulating educational plans, which made me, study education difficulties reading in accordance with views of students at the elementary level as capable of detecting these difficulties.
