In order to fix the changes that implemented in the BA a new appraisal system was introduced. Employees who symbolize the new BA culture and value were much likely to be promoted to a senior level. Secondly a new open learning programme was introduced by Georgiades for the managers including new training programmes for the bottom staff and new supervisor programmes for the at supervisor level.
