Time is gold, and this is extremely apparent in the life of 21st century office workers as they struggle to keep their work-life balance. The work is piling and an increasing number of workers, single or married, are having difficulties finding time outside their work to relax and do some recreational activities. This may not seem much but in the long term, workers struggling with work-life balance might just end up being less satisfied with their lives and jobs. This would help one to purify their thinking pattern and focuses the individual to be looking at thing in a positive light. Other than that, it teaches a person to be more proactive in life. For example, if the work load is just too much to handle. It would cause a lot of stress, they could easily use this method to help reduces stress by engaging in physical activity. Since, most working adult are busy in the day and would be very tired at night, instead of jogging or going to the gym, they could simply just take a 15 minutes’ walk either by walking home or even leave the office for a while us to shift your thoughts and reduce stress.
