To enjoy modern conveniences, and live a full life, one has to create a personalized lifetime exercise program. The program should be integrated in one’s daily life. Of course, programs should not take over academic priorities, but these programs can facilitate well-being since they help students avoid the effects of sedentary lifestyles. From an early age, every learner should practice good fitness habits. With these, there are greater chances of improving one’s health and well-being.

Adults aged 64 and beyond obviously need specialized activity prescriptions—which differ from adolescents. This also applies to exercise programs. Aside from understanding the three health-related physical fitness components employed in this study, it is also essential to understand body composition in relation to body fat percentage. Body composition involves fat and non-fat components. In relation to this, the fat component is called fat mass or percent body fat. The non-fat component is termed lean body mass.
