After reading the book, I can relate the main character to many people in the world including myself. Although, the main character, Thomas, felt like he was worthless and a failure, he eventually was able to find something that he was unique at and show it off to the world. Like Thomas, many other people in the world also haven’t found their full potential yet and are still searching for a place where they can fit in. I am the same way because I haven’t really found what I want to do when I finish high school.
