The Lin Family Case was heard at The Supreme Court of New South Wales on Friday the 20th of March. Lian Bin ‘‘Robert’’ Xie is currently accused for the brutal murder of the Lin family which occurred on the 18th of July 2009 at the Lin Family’s North Epping residence in the young hours of the day from 12am to 5am. Five counts of murder were recorded, this being the entire Lin Family; Min Lin- 45, Yun Li Lin- 44 who is the wife of Min, Terry- 9 and Henry-12 who are the sons of Min and Yun, and Yun Bin Lin- 39 who is the sister of Yun. Excluding Brenda Lin who was the daughter of Min and Yun , she was not present at the time of the murder (Bibby and Hall, 2014).

The time of the murder occurred in the early hours of midnight to dawn, leading to the victims being in bed at the time. The pillows were soaked and walls were sprayed with the blood of the victims, “the force of the hammer-like weapon struck against the victim’s head was violent, thus blood spraying on the walls of the bedroom” (Tedeschi, 2015). One evening, a woman, Hae Min Lee was killed in the city of Baltimore in 1999. Apparently, Hae Min Lee’s ex-boyfriend, Adnan Syed has been convicted, and has since been sentenced to life in prison, for the past 15 years. For fifteen years, he maintains to be innocent to this day. The perpetrator of Hae Min Lee’s murder is done by a third-party with the assistance of Jay, because Adnan was seen elsewhere at the time when Hae was supposedly killed.
On January 13, 1999, in Baltimore, Maryland, Woodlawn High School senior Hae Min Lee disappeared. Her body was later found on February 9, 1999 in Leakin Park. Although Charity does well with transitioning around others and peers, her parents seem to have a hard time with the transition process.
Abstract On July 23, 1995, Janet Downing was found stabbed to death in her Somerville, Massachusetts home. With strong compelling evidence and creditable eyewitness testimony, Edward O’Brien was arrested for Downing’s murder. O’Brien was only fifteen years old and good friends with Downing’s son Ryan at the time of the murder. The first initial hearing judged that O’Brien would be tried as a juvenile, however this judgment would later be reversed.
This case involves Robert Xie charged for the murder of Norman Lin, Lilly Lin, Irene Lin, Henry Lin and Terry Lin, although his wife believed that he was innocent. The reasoning for the murders were so he could have sexual access to his niece. The motive was previously not reported due to legal reasons. He continuously pleaded innocent. The disappearance of Azaria Chamberlain has captured the Australian public on 17 August 1980 between eight and nine o’clock. It was claimed by her mother, Lindy Chamberlain, that during the family camping trip to Uluru, the nine weeks old Australian girl was attacked by a dingo in the Chamberlain’s tent and her body was never found. The evidence used in the first few inquests and trials included the bloodstains on Azaria’s jumpsuit, which was found near the camping ground and the supposed blood in the Chamberlain’s car. These evidence insinuated that Azaria’s death was a homicide and that Lindy Chamberlain was guilty of her daughter’s murder. She was eventually sentenced to life imprisonment.
