This introduces a problem because writing is supposed to be a developmental process. In school, teachers always stressed the importance of having a rough draft, or even multiple drafts, before turning in your final copy. However, with the SAT, you are no longer able to do this because “state assessment of writing has revitalized the traditional five-paragraph essay at the expense of authentic expression” (Thomas par. 7). Instead, the SAT causes one to completely change the form of a traditional high school essay.

Self-study has many issues because without guidance; maybe students could not make the best way to learn. The instructor part in education is very important which cannot be ignored. The instructor will introduce the topic, setting a good foundation for which information that might be confusing, and clearly establishing what is important and what is not. For example, when I was in high school I had a question while I was studying for my exam. The school canceled when the weather changed and became dusty.
This year I tutored middle school students. I contributed by always managing to make it whenever I didn’t work and by helping students do their best. My goals last semester was for us to communicate better, we had trouble communicating with the teacher. As a group we didn’t really feel acquainted to her and it was hard for us to communicate. This was one of our challenges because she wasn’t the best person to talk to.
Some professors, it was okay with them, but others it was a tag of war. Again, this made me nearly drop those classes. Again, some of the other class which were not science were hard for me to cope with from the beginning of the semester till the end of the semester. One of it was English 12 and History 20. I had to go to the writing center about three times on every assignment that I do.
After receiving the adoption, the Department of Education began working with the local school districts and school to implement the standards in the school. Many school systems are trying to make sure that they are doing what they have to do to make sure that the students are learning what they need to learn in each grade level. Some school systems were thinking that the standards are hard to handle for the students. According to Edwards, 2014, which stated that parents, teachers, administrators and students are finding themselves in a battle about the new education standards as Common Core. With this information provided in this article, they still think that the rules will not work for the students and some school system still wanted to know if the Common Core Standards will be used during the academic year.
