This is a new senior level position that will responsible for both strategic consultative support t2 the organization/ as well as/ operational & administrative tasks.
• Lead the design & implementation of the global talent sourcing strategy
• Drive the end t2 end recruitment & selection process/ creating & executing recruitment plans expeditiously. From supporting workforce planning efforts/ creating job descriptions/ sourcing/ selection/ offer/ onboarding & orientation
• Design & implement world class recruiting practices & guidelines for all employees t2 follow
• Create proactive pipeline development strategies for future talent needs & vacancies
• Develop & manage recruiting reports/ dashboards/ & metrics
