Firstly, we have to analyse our activities and time daily. This is because every human being is gifted with the 24 hours of day and night and we should make sure that it has been used wisely each day. However, we often hear many complaints about the time. Mostly, an individual will experience stress in prioritizing activities and time division. The individual feels that too many things to do and too little time available. In other words, we do not know whether the priority should be advanced or later. These feelings lead us into a dead end, it is difficult to make a decision and stressed. Here lies the importance for us to know what's important and not important. At the same time, we need to know what things are urgent and not urgent. Most people spend a lot of time in this quadrant. This quadrant is like treating activities. Treatment is required after the occurrence of the disease. So, when the problem occurs, such as pressure of deadlines, pressures and crises that we begin to implement it muddled. As an example, pressure in completing assignments at the last minute before the deadline arrives. Next is, the activities important but not soon. Many people are trapped in this quadrant level. They feel they are always busy every day but nothing achievements and changes that occur in their lives. Examples that we can take is the situation in returning books to the library. Activity Not Important and Not Urgent, Watching television is one clear example for this quadrant level. Watching television is not important and not has limited time to do so. There are students who are very comfortable to learn in school. Therefore, after school they will spend the school to study alone as in a library, in class, in short study and so on. However, there are also students who do not get comfortable when learning in school, but more effective learning in a home environment. Sometimes we see the students studying at the bus stop while waiting for a friend. Virtually every student has their own place and time for the comfort of learning. When students find a place and time that is compatible with it, it is the most valuable. This is often referred to as the 'future compatible' and 'harmonious place. However, students should not be caught up in this. This is because students are motivated and excel cannot rely on any compatible time and place for learning, but they must learn at any time, place and conditions if you want to excel. Most importantly, students are motivated and excel must train yourself to use every time and place as an effective way to study the situation. This means that students need to be able to change an uncomfortable situation to situation comfortable for the learning
