I arrived at Los Angeles Police 77th station at 1300 hundred hours on October 21, 2015. There I experienced several things. I was able to see that the officers in the front desk spend their time answering phone calls and addressing people who walk in. I was getting ready to take notes when a lady walked in trying to make a police report regarding a car accident that had happen earlier that day, one of the officers in the front desk told her that in the state of California all you need to do in case of a car crash is exchange insurance information, and that there was no need to file a police report.
