The diet plan that limit the carbohydrates and help to reduce the risk of diabetes and obesity is the low-carbohydrates diet plan. By using the low-carbohydrate diet plan, it helps to increase the HDL levels, decrease blood sugar and pressure levels and decrease the triglycerides present in our body. In a short period, people lose weight very quickly by following the low-carbohydrate diet. This can be seen that, CL loses 1.5kg after one week, which the reduction in weight is relatively fast. According to Krebs et al. (2010), it claimed that low-carbohydrate diet help to lower the insulin levels. This is because protein helps to increase the muscle mass, reduce appetite and boost up the metabolism, which burns calories and metabolically active around the body. Lastly according to Liu et al.
