The business we chose to focus our project on is Publix Supermarkets. On Sept. 6, 1930, founder George Jenkins opened his first store, called Publix Food Store, in Winter Haven Florida. Today Publix has grown to be Florida’s largest employer with 168,500 employees and run 1,080 stores. Total sales in 2013 were 28.9 billion, relatively large for a regional corporation. Their mission statement is “To be the premier food quality retailer in the world,” and they’re doing an excellent job at it.
Allambie Heights 2100 Summary Allambie Heights is a sought-after suburb in Sydney. The majority of the suburb’s residents are home owners with only a few renters spread throughout the community. Just a short drive away you’ll see the coastline, whilst Sydney’s CBD is about 35 minutes from Allambie Heights. Part of the appeal of Allambie Heights is the proximity to the city and the beaches. The schools, shops, parks, and fitness centres are other amenities that make this suburb so popular.
Mission statements will ensure that shareholders, employees and customers clearly understand what the company stands for. Mission statements also describe the organization’s overall goals. Mission statements should be written in a way that when someone reads the statement, they have an understanding of the activities that are performed in the organization. In this paper I will compare the mission statement of Chick-Fil-A Foundation with my personal mission statement. This paper explores three health organization services that include: Washington Hospital Healthcare System (WHHS) - Fremont, Kaiser Permanente - Fremont, and UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital and will discuss the description and services that the HSO provides, their mission statement, and description of the HSO management. I chose these hospitals because I have volunteered at WHHS, am a member of Kaiser Permanente, and will one day like to work as a Registered Nurse in Pediatric care. 12,000 low-income students in Tarrant County will receive free school supplies, health checkup among other services from the Back to School Roundup organization on August 18, 2016. Twenty different entities across the country, along with Back to School Roundup, will come together to work and help provide for economically disadvantaged students. This includes: local school districts, government agencies, social services agencies and nonprofit. The family-friendly event will host live shows, games, and a vendor expo where participants can learn about literacy, health, finances and parenting.
Founded in 1970, Urban Outfitters is a lifestyle retailer. (Forbes, n.d.) Urban sells many products ranging from clothing to home décor. (Urban Outfitters, n.d.) However, they are best known for their selection of young adult clothing.

The values and perspectives of these individuals can influence how programs are implemented, how the organization obtains money and other resources, who is hired by the organization, and what services the organization provides,” (Hardina, Middleton, Montana & Simpson, 2007 pg. 29). The following will analyze the Saginaw Intermediate School District (Saginaw ISD) and their ability to meet the needs of those people it serves as well as those individuals they employ. Stakeholder Groups Recruiting and retaining active stakeholders increases, “Greater community support and buy-in, varied perspectives, a better understanding of the community context and an overall, more effective effort,” (Morgan, Stakeholders and Collaborators, 2018).
A mission statement is a defining piece of identity for an organization. It shows what an organization stands for, what is at stake and reflects who is invested in the organization. Mission statements serve just as great of a purpose to the community as they do to the organization. It is an organization’s promise to the community and a way to hold themselves accountable within their organization. This paper will discuss possible mission statements, departments necessary as well as positions and job descriptions, an organization reporting chart and discuss outsourced functions.
Boundless is dedicated to help people that need support especially women. We dedicate to give women in need clothing and make them prepare for any occasion. Boundless strives to help women move forward and become successful in whatever they want to accomplish. We do this by having designated bins in our stores where people can leave clothing that they no longer want. We do this because we want women to feel and look confident no matter the occasion.

History Originally an entrepreneur class project, Urban Outfitters is a lifestyle and apparel retailer founded by Richard Hayne and Scott Belair in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in 1970. Urban Outfitters' mission is to "create unique retail experiences with an eye toward creativity and a singular focus on pleasing our customer" (Urban Outfitters, Inc.). Urban Outfitters offers products ranging from women's and men's apparel to home goods and beauty. Many of the products offered are exclusive to Urban Outfitters and are “designed internally and in collaboration with third-party brands” (Urban Outfitters, Inc.). Urban Outfitters is a Brick-n-Click retailer with 263 stores across North America and Europe.
It relates to the purpose of the company and what they want to achieve in the future. The mission goes beyond the vision as it explains the company’s goals and objectives more clearly. It also mentions how this will be accomplished. The last step is to create a strategy based on the defined vision and mission. (Miller, 2014) Tesla’s mission is ‘to accelerate the advent of sustainable transport by bringing compelling mass market electric cars to market as soon as possible’.
2.1 MISSION & VISION ANALYSIS Generally, the main purpose behind the company’s mission and vision statements is to inform the stake holders and general public regarding what the organization is, what the reason behind establishing it is, what it seeks to accomplish and who it seeks to serve. Mission statements basically tend to be precise, clear and they should be realistic in nature.
