The diversity of the group brings out different approaches to confront any math problem. One resource that the teacher could use to make sure cultural diversity is expressed, could be to use teaching strategy websites. It is up to the teacher to make sure students are being taught multicultural lessons. The teacher shows consideration in presenting cultural diversity, by letting the students work in groups. The students can absorb any information from other students who have a diverse cultural background.
Jane Doe was familiar with this theory because she took undergrad classes that discussed strength perspective material. I asked Jane Doe what strengths did she think she possess that other family members may not have? She replied with” I think a strength I bring to my family is finding resources. Working at this job has allowed me learn how to find resources for others and I’ve learned to apply these skills at home. Whenever my family needs to find something that may help with stability, they always ask me and it makes me feel good to help.
All around the world, a wide variety of emotions and feelings can be found within different students. However, for a teacher, unfolding and deciphering which students are experiencing what emotions can be difficult if no extra effort is made. In Donna De La Cruz’s New York Times Op Ed article, “What Kids Wish Their Teachers Knew,” she addresses the life experiences of Kyle Schwartz, a third grade teacher at Doull Elementary School in Denver, to publicize how much there really is for teachers to get to know about their students. At her school, Ms. Schwartz took an attempt to unveil more about her students lives by asking them to complete the sentence “I wish my teacher knew.”. This resulted in many unique responses that were powered by a mixture
I’ve tried using flash cards, rewriting notes, reading notes 6x to having study groups. Honestly some study groups are unfocused and messy, while others are reliable and helpful. I tend to change course when it comes to the idea of group work. I just figured to learn the materials by doing one different method each day. If it got me to college, it’ll get me further in life.

This was appropriate for third graders to help them develop note taking skills. • Arrays- The teacher drew various arrays on the board to demonstrate how to solve the mathematical sentences. This is a strategy that is used in teaching elementary math to give students a deeper understanding of multiplication. • Independent practice- Students were given several different problems to solve on their own.

Plus, maybe students could do a little work on the day that they won’t have school. The day that we don’t have school could be the day that we could make up work and turn in assignments online on classroom. A little homework for each class would help out a lot. Teachers want to teach students and have them know all the knowledge that they teach and maybe use it in the later day lives and longer days with longer periods would let those teachers take their time teaching their subjects. This also allows students to take their time in getting their toughest work done.
Being a part of it has taught me many new things that do not apply just to the community itself but to life in general. I tried to learn about the basic notes before starting classes, I asked to be taught a few songs beforehand as well, and after I joined
I normally spend a lot of time writing those notes. I have a good structure to the lecture like what I am going to do, a detail activities in lecture. I also set some quizzes based on that day's lesson and test the students. I often give feedback to students. I create the classroom environment so that I can test my learners as well as how well I am doing in the classroom.
