ABSTRACT In this modern era, the competition is increasing at drastic rates and one needs to be accurate in accomplishing the tasks given in given time as well as with quality output. The major area for competition is the industrial sector. Thousands of industries are there amongst which the buyer gets to choose. If one fails to meet up to the requirements, a huge opportunity is lost and the company may incur huge losses. The basic aim of undertaking this industrial defined projects is to evaluate the area where industry needs optimization and increase productivity. Minimization of rejection rate is based on the complete procedure for a particular gear (MODEL CODE-MG007015) manufactured by MAHINDRA GEARS AND TRANSMISSION PVT.
