The reason for the study is to explore the effect of management styles on employee’s level of motivation and job satisfaction in hotel business sector. For the particular research purpose, questionnaire has been designed that is comprised of 10 questions taking into account five-point Likert scale from strongly disagree with the statement to strongly agree, was utilised to measure both leadership style and motivation from both managers and employees points of view. For the research purpose, random sampling research investigation method has been utilised for which researcher distributed around 100 questionnaires in different business entities out of which 50 has been received with complete responses that are appropriate for examination. Job satisfaction is considered as an imperative objective in organisations for two reasons. To begin with, employees merit regard and reasonable treatment. Second, employees' job satisfaction will influence the elements of organisation. Moreover, Griffin reported that fulfilled employees are less missing, stay at work, and they have positive commitments to their organisations, while disappointed employees are more truant, show job push, and search for new jobs. In the hospitality business, the most widely recognised leadership style is the despotic style due to flighty requests in the hospitality business.
