The reason for the study is to explore the effect of management styles on employee’s level of motivation and job satisfaction in hotel business sector. For the particular research purpose, questionnaire has been designed that is comprised of 10 questions taking into account five-point Likert scale from strongly disagree with the statement to strongly agree, was utilised to measure both leadership style and motivation from both managers and employees points of view. I recall my first taste of what leadership really is, going back several years when I was still a young boy in the Scouts. In those days, I used to look up at the scout leaders as role models and eventually I also did go up the ranks, but in those times it was more the fun and play element of it all!
