They sell directly to the customers.(Direct)
2. They sell to the customers through intermediaries.(Indirect)
3. The combination of the two. (Multi-channel)
They do direct selling that involves the transfer of goods between only the seller and the buyer. For example, if the baker sells loaf they are directly goes to the buyer without any intermediary. In direct sales they need skilled and committed producers to the best value for the customer because sometimes they meet with the creating of product rather than marketing it.
In the Philippines we have an organization for direct selling companies and that are the DSAP or Direct Selling Association of the Philippines, DSAP is engaged in the business of personal selling. In 1860 through 1900 America experienced a huge period of industrial growth. This was due to 3 reasons. The first was that there was a huge tide of immigrants coming to America, second is that there was a lot of new inventions, and third being that the Civil War stimulated mass production techniques. Immigrants provided big companies with cheap labor, and lots of it. From 1880 to 1921, 23 million immigrants came to the U.S looking for work and opportunity.
In addition to, the development of technology was one of the problems of for the workers around the company, which are everything substituted by the machines instead of
With the rise of industrialization occurring during the late 19th century the conditions for laborers in any industry affected by this revolution worsened due to the demand for ever increasing efficiency. Industrialization occurring at the end of the 19th century created a degrading work environment that led laborers to unionize and demand the opposite. Along with better machinery that came with the industrial revolution, management practices also became more efficient. Due to the introduction of better machinery, the need for craft workers decreased by a margin and the need for workers without such skills increased by a larger margin (MindTap, 3.3). With the mixture of an echelon system of management and unskilled labor conflict arose and
What would the world be like if it was not industrialized? Between 1700-1900 industrialization had propelled Europe and the United States forward. Economic systems changed governments and helped societies succeed. Utopian ideas and industrialization led to progress in social life and influenced governments from the late 1700s early 1900s through progressive capitalism, new socialist ideas, and unproductive communism. Progressive capitalism changed the world.
By the end of the civil war the creation of the large-scale industrialization was developed due to war profits such as weapons and foreign investments such as trading commodities with different countries. Therefore, during the years between 1865 to 1900, industrialization affected the United States society in many significant ways through business, government and labor. Many business corporations were involved with the government. In document 2, the author is political activist and impacted government workforce by illustrating an image that shows big businessmen are controlling the senate. Money equals power so since the Business companies have, almost full power over them, they can clearly manage anything they desire.
While some might argue that industrialization had primarily positive consequences for society because of new machines, it was actually a negative thing for society. Industrialization’s negative effects were child labor, disgusting living conditions, and hard, dangerous, filthy jobs for little pay. One of the negative effects of Industrialization was child labor. Many children worked during the Industrial Revolution because they needed to support their families. Lots of them started working very young.

Largely, the entry of the company into the distribution channels has limited the threat of major or powerful suppliers. The company has created its own retail stores and online web marketing. This approach aims at capturing the consumers that would want to order the product directly from the manufacturer. In fact, the online marketing model does not only enable the firm to sell directly to the respective consumer, but also enables the firm to identify the unique needs of the consumers. The direct link between the consumers and the company is critical to continuous growth of the company.
Resistant on implementing and installation of the new technology might force government to really impose such regulation and that they are always monitored by the regulatory board and also penalties are very serious matter. 3. Plastic manufacturing produces toxic because it composes several chemical that might endanger the living organisms in the water and can be harmful to humans and it is against the law of the Philippines if companies are not responsible with its wastes. There are many different approaches to development in which countries over the years adopted to further develop and grow their economy. Some countries adopted the approach of import substitution in which they try to decrease their dependency on other nations and protect and foster domestic small companies. The disadvantage for an import substitution based industry, ISI, is although it achieves growth it does so through a greater period of time. On the other hand, growth and development from export oriented industries, EOI, has greater results and is so much faster than import substituting industries. Examples of countries that adopted import based industries are countries of Latin America while countries that adopted Export oriented Industries are countries of East Asia.

Entrepreneurship in the Philippines is currently booming and one of the best things a person can do today is start taking action in putting up its own business or acquiring a franchise (Louren, 2017). Entrepreneurship is a state of mind. It is not identified or measured with the type of business a person is in the success of that business but rather it is the total way of life for entrepreneurs. Being an entrepreneur requires distinct personality traits such as having a risk-taking personality, need for achievement, internal focus of control, tolerance for ambiguity and having a type A behavior or striving to achieve more in less time and general competitiveness (Gilles and Mondejar, 2008). Entrepreneurship has been described as the “capacity and willingness to develop, organize and manage a business venture along with any of its risks in order to make a profit” (www.businessdictionary.com).
