The following information was disclosed; On November 20, 2015 at about 1848 hours, Mr. Acosta was arrested and charged with the following; Petit Larceny, PL 155.25 and Crim Possession Of Stolen Property, PL 165.40. The details of the arrest are as follows, Mr. Acosta removed a Black Bulls star hat from Foot Locker without permission or authority. The value of the property is 32.00. An emergency call comes in at 9:45 am from Doug Greene. He discloses that his neighbor and recently ended love interest, Anna Garcia, a well developed thirty-eight-year-old hispanic has been skipping routinely morning walks and that the last time he saw her was at 6:30 am on August 13th. Since her dogs were unusually barking, it sparked concern in Greene. The call brought police to Garcia’s home who found her dead lying face down on her entry hallway at 9:56 am. It is 10:20 am on August 14th when police are securing the crime scene.

A 26 year-old man named Guillermo Rodriguez died after his motorcycle collided with a truck. The accident occurred at Southeast Street and Federal Highway around 2 p.m. on Sunday, August 2, 2015. The police officers shut down the road in order to investigate the incident. The road was re-opened at 7 p.m. Detective Kevin Dupree is investigating the crash.
On 01/26/2016 client Akia Thomas came to the SSO to meet with DOE to obtain weekly metro cards. HS De La Torre approached to the client and kindly asked Ms. Thomas if she is able to stay in order to complete a Housing Plan. Ms. Thomas stayed and the following was discussed during meeting. Ms. Thomas informed HS that last permanent address was located at 155-17 116 St. Jamaica Ave. Queens, NY from Jan, 2012 to 07/10/2014.

On 12/7/16, at 1008 hours, I, Officer Humphries #335, was met in the lobby of the Bladensburg Police Department by a citizen who wanted to file a stolen cellular telephone report. Upon interviewing Mr. Angela Roscoe, reporting person who stated that on 12/7/16, Mr. Benjamin Allen stolen his cellular telephone an Apple, IPhone 6 white in color with a black case. Mr. Roscoe stated that Mr. Allen, is his boyfriend, and he also through food all throughout the residence doing an argument the estimated cost of the IPhone 6 $300.00. Mr. Roscoe was issued a case number in reference to the incident.
Athletic Director Bob Marcus has quite the challenge in allocating the athletic department funds appropriately throughout all the programs within Oakbend Senior High School. After critically analyzing the case study it was quite clear some sports such as football and girls basketball received much more funding compared to other sports such as cross country and track and field. Throughout this case brief an effective solution that is both fair and in line with the districts mission will be expanded on to assist Bob Marcus is making the necessary budget cuts to provide a successful athletic program in the future. Marcus needs to cut about $80,000 from the previous budget plan to accommodate the funding cuts made by the school.
INVESTIGATION: On 07-15-16 at approximately 0823 hours, Officer Harrell #3441 and I were dispatched to 1716 Newport Avenue for a court order violation investigation. Dispatch advised us that Suspect Gerardo Jimenez was sitting in a white Dodge pickup truck directly in front of the residence. Suspect Jimenez has reportedly been known to be violent and breaks miscellaneous items.

Defendant MOS Peinan states that he was executing a search warrant at the location which obtain after confidential informant buys and P was the subject of the search warrant. MOS Peinan states that he observed people about to exit the apartment then MOS entered the apartment. Defendant MOS Peinan stated that P was part of the group arrested. On 04-20-2017 I responded to the wooded area West of Walmart. I was called to the scene by the Port Richey Code Enforcement officers. I was advised that defendant and her boyfriend, identified as, Thomas Blow, were trespassing on private property.
