Their parents would always drink alcohol until it comes to a point that they are disregarding and neglecting their children. “Cheryl and I always woke up before our parents, so I would tend to Cheryl’s needs” (3). Both April and Cheryl would hear their parents yelling, fighting, knocking things over, and bumping into walls whenever they drink alcohol. They would also come to see their mother kissing someone else whilst their dad sleeping on the floor. Eventually, due to this family behavior, the Children’s Aid would come and intervene and take April and Cheryl away from their home.
ALLEGATION R/s on 01/25/2015, Diana tested positive for cocaine during an urine drug screen. R/s this is the second positive cocaine screening, the first time was during first visit on 10/29/2015. R/s Diane did admitted to using cocaine, but she denying any present use. R/s Diana has a diagnoses of schizophrenia and she is receiving services at Anderson Mental Health, Dr. Bogard is her psychiatrist.
The Scrava School of Health Sciences and Engineering has had a rise in drug use in recent years. The school got an anonymous tip that a student named Peter Cruman was involved in a Facebook private group which they used to buy and sell drugs. The tip also stated that he had drugs on school grounds that day and was planning a drug deal. Principal Lyons searched Crumans phone and found the private facebook group. Cruman shortly after, admitted to where he was hiding the drugs on campus and where the drug deal was going to go down . The principal did not violate Crumans 4th Amendment rights by performing this search.
Katie Thomas sent a letter to the State Office, reporting the following information. Several letters, emails and phone calls have been made to the hotline, concerning to Koasheca. Koasheca is abusing the kids. She tried to kill the baby, and threatened suicide. Koasheca moves from house to house, and from state to state, whenever questions about the child arise.
Kimberly complained to the owner of the daycare about the lack of communication. That was when the daycare owner watched a video of Alexis interacting with the toddler. They saw Alexis kick the toddler when he was trying to bring her a toy. She was later arrested. Alexis has no prior criminal history.

The morning or 2-2-16, Laquez was washing clothes, and he used all of the detergent. The mother (Tyronda) threw a beer bottle and hit him on his right shoulder; his should is sore (no mark seen). Tyronda threatened him with a hammer and knife. She called the police, and the police went to remove Laquez for his protection. Tyronda verbally stated that she hope he got run over by a vehicle.
The reporting party (RP) stated former foster child Bryannah Appelhanz disclosed on 1/12/17 while residing in the home she was offered and provided "Weed Brownies." According to the RP foster mother Audra Etheridge would routinely bake brownie (Red Velvet) mixed with marijuana. Foster child Bryannah stated her foster mother Audra offered and provided her with a brownie mixed with marijuana. Bryannah described feeling funny after eating the brownie. Bryannah stated the foster mother's adult son Marcus Etheridge, who did not live in the home, grew the marijuana, bought it to the foster home and the foster mother baked it into the brownies.
According to the reporting party (RP) former foster child Alize Wills disclosed while residing in the foster home of Reyna Reynoso a foster child named Kenneth Varado Jr. DOB: 7/26/02 did things to her. Alize stated he would come into her room while she was sleeping and kiss her, touch her breasts, and stick his fingers inside her. This occurred on more than one occasion and Kenneth threatened her not to tell. Alize resided in the foster home from September 16, 2016 to October 7,
02/25/16 -The Assessment Summary has substantiated the child abuse and neglect as a FOUNDED. The mother has been charged with 40 criminal charges related to child abuse. The reporting party (RP) stated foster children Gisselle and Perla Vasquez 's aunt Angela Sanchez came into the Sheriff 's Station and reported she gained custody of the children on 12/21/16. On 12/23/16 Perla disclosed she was inappropriately touched by foster mother Debbie Reynolds. The abuse allegation referral #1211-0745-8341-2072794 was generated on 12/25/16 and a complaint was generated on 12/27/16 (#32-CR-20161227135936). The RP stated the aunt disclosed the foster mother hit the foster children while in care. Consequently the RP interviewed the children and Gisselle disclosed the foster mother would slap the children on the arm or hand as a form of discipline.
