Pepsi tradional target market is teenagers and young adults ,Pepsi satisfies the consumers needs efficiently by launching a desired product and provides consumer place utility which is where ever and whenever you want it , You Got It .

What types of strategies do you recommend based on your analysis ? SWOT Analysis is a strategic method that is implemented by a company, in order to determine their Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats regarding a business undertaking. The company defines their objective and determines what the external and internal elements are that can have a positive or negative impact on reaching their goal. The purpose of every SWOT analysis is to recognize what the main internal and external factors are that are vital in attaining the objective of the firm.
The cola war occurred in the 1900s, continuously encouraged by the people. In the article by the Onion “Ad Industry War Veterans Honored with Memorial,” the Cola War is discussed in a satirical way that depicts it similar to an actual war. This was done in order to address the problem with society, criticizing how it deals with issues. By illustrating the issue that way, the author hopes to make a change in society by persuading people to reevaluate what should be considered important. The piece was written using anecdotes, irony, and allusion to get the author’s point across, presenting the argument in a way that ridicules the way society acts overall.
In today’s market, Walmart and Target are two of the top competing companies within the market system. According to Loudenback and Lee (2015) research on Walmart and Target stated, “We just released a list of the 50 most powerful companies in America, and Walmart came out on top as the most powerful company in the nation with Target a close second”. Walmart was founded 60 years after Target was founded. The two companies have found different ways and techniques to stay a top of their competitors. Within my SWOT analysis, I plan on pointing out each company’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.

In today 's society, if we appear to be exhausted, while knowing that we have to be on the run, we turn ourselves to energy drinks. Little do we know that every time we consume a single sip of an energy drink, we are literally creating a crucial complication towards our body. The innumerable quantities of caffeine and sugar that we devour stimulates each and every part of the body. Individuals have been replacing protein bars and other athletic beverages for real food (McCarthy). Becoming addicted to energy drinks relates to type 2 diabetes, even long-term effects such as heart issues, but most of all death.
