Puan Eva sells a beauty product because this product is easy to get it and all women kindly use a cosmetic product. So to enter in SMEs industries it not too expensive and as I said before this Puan Eva is agent for AVON product so, Puan Eva sell AVON product first before sells another product that all women and men need it. To put into SMEs industries Puan Eva just need a small shop to doing their business and it’s too hard to get it a place because it take a long time to make an procedure to rent a shop. After that, while put into SMEs industry Puan Eva need an experience, but training easily available. That’s mean to handle EVA GLOBAL Puan Eva needed manipulated experience in many ways how to handled customer, how to communicate with supplier, how to attract customer to buy their product and many more. But to handle all this Puan Eva needless to go to training or otherwise because all the stuff can handled own by Puan Eva easily and for information Puan Eva does not hiring outsiders to help at EVA GLOBAL because Puan Eva confident that she can handled itself.
