In this chapter, we discuss different marketing tools that Hennes and Mauritz AB uses to attract customers and keep ahead in the market tough competition and as well as identifying different problems this company faces based on its marketing strategies and we reserved the last chapter for possible solutions to these problems in the recommendation section.

It will not be fair to forget to say that H&M is actually the first fashion retailer to work in partnerships with other international singers, actors, designers, supermodels. The fashion industry, the company has work with Gisele Bundchen, Cara Delevigne, Gigi and Bella Hadid, Kendal Jenner, Elsa Hosk, Liu Wen, Frida Gustavsson, Clement Chabernaud, Alek Wek, Adriana Lima, Anja Rubik and many more have been featured in their advertisings (H&M Models, 2017). In this music industry, H&M has worked with Beyonce, Madonna, The Weeknd, Lady Gaga, Kylie Minogue etc… and in the high-end design side, they have worked with Karl Lagerfeld of Chanel, Chanel Galleries and Fendi, Donatella Versace( actually, this designer once swear, she could never work with high street fashion retailers but she ended up working with H&M), Lanvin, Balmain, Roberto Cavalli, Stella McCartney, Sonia Rykiel etc.. the famous British footballer David Beckham was also see in H&M advertising campaign. This marketing approach of working in partnerships with well-known public figures whether in the fashion or other industries has helped this organization to gain a popularity among fashion enthusiasts and those celebrities’ followers because this gives the illusion of dressing like fashion models, fashion icons ,signers ,high-end designers to the public.
