Defenders are also hard workers, which is a very important quality to me. This past year coaching football at Oak Hill High School has taught me that if a team and a staff work hard together something very special can happen in a short amount of time. Both the players and the staff worked diligently to have success on and off the field. When the season concluded we had won a conference championship and appeared in the Ohio High School playoffs.
