Marriage is the legally recognized bond between two people as companions in a personal relationship. Marriage is a custom that dates back to ancient societies and is the most common in which there is unity between a man and a woman in the eyes of their religion and the law. It has always been a challenge if the two individuals marry because they are in love or of other motives. Both partners have a significant amount of responsibility marriage. Regardless of high hopes that young adults will finally marry, many young people in America are delaying first marriage. Although many young adults defer marriage, they may prefer to cohabit with a mate. In the US, cohabitation has progressively become the first union shaped among young adults. In In 1997- 2001, 68 percent of union formed among women in 1997–2001 started as cohabitation before marriage. Whether or not a person lives with a partner before marrying is one of the factors linked to the possibility of divorce from a first marriage. Reduction of religious morals has also facilitated possibility of marriage. The society has relaxed on previous marriage limits making people promote openly different lifestyle. Lenient tolerance has tarnished the idea that traditional marriage relationships do not fit in the society expectations today. Instead of good models of fidelity, attitudes idealizing fornication, adultery, and promiscuity of every kind saturate society through movies, arts and literatures. There are constant headlines about people jokes mocking marriage and unfaithful celebrities. Immorality is being promoted by many psychiatrists and educators and some theologians in the world.
