This amazing man was so famous because, he was an inspiration to many people, provide non-violent social changes, and brought people together for a long journey for peace. King was such an inspiration because he help all people of color to gain civil rights. When he help out people he didn’t just think about himself, but all the people that are of color around him. He wanted a world with peace, and no segregation. He wanted boys and girls of all colors to be brothers and sister and be like people like today, just as his quote says “I have a dream that one day right there in Alabama little black boys and little black girls will be able to join hands with little white boys and white girls as sisters and brothers.” (Martin
Through his great and marvelous actions, Martin Luther King Jr. set an example to lots of people. He was great at refraining the use of violence to solve racial problems. With Mahatma Gandhi 's as an example, MLK was able to accomplish his goal of all men gain their freedom. If he was able to see the progress we had made, he would be very proud. Through his determination and effort, Martin succeeded in inspiring people through his nonviolent work, in leading people together for peace, and giving hope and dreams to all.
But Dr. King 's legacy of nonviolence and standing up for what was right had a huge positive effect on not just America but worldwide. Many know of Dr. King because of his famous speech, “I have A Dream”. Dr. King’s speech brought greater attention to the civil rights movement, it also brought the message of non-violence worldwide, and it made the congress move faster to sign the Civil Rights Act. Life nowadays has made some improvements but, Martin would be pretty disappointed to see what 's going on in the world right know. Somehow Dr. King used his abilities to somewhat unite America.
