LAYOUT OF MARUTI SUZUKI COMPETENT AUTOMOBILES CORPORATION LIMITED
This is the layout of Maruti Suzuki Competent Automobiles Corporation Limited which is located at B-83 Mayapuri Phase-I. It always open at 24*7 hours daily. Means it always open seven days in a week. But they sometimes closed on holiday like gusted holidays . Here is full layout of workshop but it is not almost complete because there is some things which cannot joined or inserted in the layout . It is sufficient to spell out the layout of workshop.

Now we will talk about the layout or classify the layout on following details:-
1 . ENTRY/EXIT:- There are four entry/exit and one entry in the workshop. First entry is for vehicle which coming for the repair

Hare are doing same operation on all the bays except last bay or tenth bay. The tenth bay is the express bay. The tenth bay is used for some minor problems like general service and paid service and included suspension. And some bays doing the same operation as that of tenth bay but included gear box also repair on all the nine bays. But engines are repaired on some bays . Because only three employees are there which work engine on the workshop.
Wheel Alignment :- It is used to adjust the angle of the wheel so that all the wheels are perpendicular to each other and both rear and front wheels are parallel to each other. There are four toes which are the part of the wheel alignment machine. First of all place the car in front of the machine after the car position is set then inserted toes on the four wheel and adjust the angle of the wheel . It does not rectify properly but it reduces approximately. They used for if the car pulling in one direction means wheel is out of balance so wheel alignment is used for adjusting the angle of the

The car is polished by a light abrasive car polish on a applicator pad or polish machine. First of all when the car polish is start wash the car from the water with washing ingredients so that all the dirt or contaminants are remove through water. Then dry the car with the help of dryer. When the car is become fully dry then apply light abrasive car polish on the car body only little amount of polish apply on the car body and polishing the car polish with the help of car polish machine.
Store Room :- This room facility for workshop and body shop workers. When the worker is come to the service centre then they after changed the dress and all they are wear uniform of workshop. The uniform is dress code for all workers and it is mandatory for all workers. Every worker has an individual drawer or cabin to put down for luggage. Every worker has an workshop ID card because the attendance is count for this ID card. This store room is not big because there are so many workers are work there but facility which is provide for workshop workers are
