Introduction Many of us have know Marvel Studios is a film company that mostly produce superheroes films, such as Iron Man, The Avengers, Guardians and the Galaxy, Ghost Rider and else. The reason we choose Marvel Studios because they produced films based on Marvel Comic characters, it will be more easy to analyse their marketing strategy. Disney would receive full merchandising ancillary rights to future Spider-Man films in exchange for Sony purchasing out Marvel's film participation rights. TNT acquired the cable rights for five other films in September 2014, to air on the network two years after. Marvel Studios will thrive under this tax credit because “eligible productions can receive 30 percent on production cast and crew wages, as well as other eligible in-state spending” (Ohio Film Office). $300,000 must be spent on filming for this tax credit to apply to film producers. Of course, Marvel Studios spends in the millions, so that would not be a problem. Through this tax credit, Hollywood has been brought to Cleveland.
