What is management? The basis of management in any business organization activity is to get people that are within an organization to accomplish a set of goals and objectives. In management there are 4 basic management skills which planning, leading, organization and controlling. Resourcing contain to dispose and to deal with human resources, financial resources and natural resources.
Management is the attainment of organizational goals in an effective and efficient. Management is the art of getting things done through people. They create system and condition for people to perform task. Other resources and providing leadership and direction are what manager do? Management to be oriented towards for goal process. Management is development function and adjust to changing environment. Organization to interact internal and external environment, goal accordingly.

The lower-order needs take priority in that they must be satisfied before higher-order needs are activated. The needs are satisfied in sequence; once a need is satisfied, it declines in importance and the next higher need is activated. If the lower-level need ceases to be satisfied, however, it will re-emerge and take precedence over higher order needs until it is once again satisfied.
