McBudget

In the article 'McBudget' by Leonard Pitts Jr. he explains how Mcdonald's tried to help it's employees by coming up with a budget for them to live by, but has had mostly bad reactions by everyone. It later goes on to say that the McBudget is controversial with some people agreeing with it and others calling unrealistic. The article also points out that there are various reasons people wind up in such bad financial situations. whether it was from having a child early in life or dropping out of school. The employees are just asking for a better chance to live their lives by fighting for a higher wage.

As a current Wendy's employee and a full time student, I find it hard to even pay for my own car and phone, I can't imagine
