Background Bella is currently a student who is fulfilling her third-year studies of Accountancy at PolyU. With her passion and determination on having a fruitful school life, she has joined lots of activities, such as the peer mentor program and being an executive committee of a society, which at the same time used up her time. Although she has a swinging life on the extra-curricular activities, she is not satisfied with her academic results. As she dedicates all her time on enlarging her social circle to gain recognition, she pays limited time in studying. Skipping classes and cramming for examinations has become her routine. Indeed, setting a goal implies that you are taking up challenges. The concern is that you need to think whether you can conquer the challenges that you may encounter. In other words, an attainable goal should be able to lengthen your strengths but also be possible to achieve. If a goal is set but it can never be achieved due to physical constraint, it would be so discouraged and meaningless. iv) R: Relevant To be relevant, the goal must coordinate with your aspiration. Achieving goals requires lots of determination and commitment. When you are achieving your goals, you need to keep asking yourself whether the goal affects yourself. It is extremely important to stick to working purpose.
