Dopamine is released when your body thinks that it is psychologically being rewarded. When this occurs you are more likely to use social media and the average amount of time you spend on their everyday is about 2 hours. These two hours that you spent on social media your body releases huge amounts of dopamine to cause you to be addicted to social media.
