Introduction
In the worldwide context, medical consultation has been a part of every person's life. It serves as a way for the patients to know what and how to treat their health conditions and complications. Most doctors offer routine appointment with duration of ten minutes. During this time, the doctor asks information such as the medical history examine the patient for symptoms, and discuss the possible causes of the sickness, discuss treatments, possibly issue a prescription, arrange tests or referral and discuss any follow up arrangements

By doing this study, the researchers can help change the beliefs and perspectives of Filipino patients regarding online medical consultation.
Health professionals who are already part of the online medical business industry and even those who aspire to be a part of it would benefit from this study since they would familiarize themselves on the possible procedures and outcomes of this specific type of consultation.
Multiple health organizations of the Philippines may also benefit from this study by using it in formulating criteria for the reliability of online medical t providers.
Programmers can also benefit from this study for they will know what kind of software and applications these medical professionals may want or need to aid them in this consultation.
