Medication reconciliation assignment was an individual activity that I had to perform as a part of a course requirement. My PICOT supportive research question has been further evaluated from the journal article, “Ambulatory Medication Reconciliation: Using a Collaborative Approach to Process Improvement at an Academic Medical Center” written by Keogh et al. (2016).

So when I did get sick my aunt will go buy me some OTC children’s ibuprofen for my fever’s, then I will read the directions on how to take it, and read the package insert that involves the warning on what not to take with the medication, and side effects of the medication.I always wanted to become a Pharmacy Tech when I was little to fulfill my dreams. Pharmacy Tech is the reason why human beings stay healthy by dispensing the medication and making sure medication on time.
