There is a lot to learn from the life and times of Olorogun (Chief) Michael Ibru; a man that has been described as the "tap root" or "iroko tree" of what is today known as the Ibru Dynasty and rightly so. He personified the word ENTRPRENEURSHIP and can be said to be a primus interpas among other entrepreneurs.
To begin with there are indeed many traits that make this noble Nigerian to stand shoulder high above many of his peers and others who have made a name for themselves in the business world.

Of course, it would have been easier for him after facing such challenges to close shop and return to his promising career at the then United African Company (formerly known as Niger Royal Comapny), which would have led to not establishing this business into the empire that we know it to be today.

Evolving: The Ibru organization under the leadership of Chief Michael Ibru was one that evolved and continues to do so. He saw opportunities in other industries besides agriculture like distribution and marketing of industrial chemicals and took advantage of them in establishing businesses in such fields.
