SWOT ANALYSIS SWOT is an acronym of Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities and Threat. In general Strength means what skills we do excellently than the others, Weakness means the area or skill where we need to improve, Opportunities means where we can utilize our skills so that we can excel in there and finally threat means what are things, person, etc., preventing us to do a task or work. SWOT analysis aims to identify the two key factors namely internal factors and external factors. These factors are important to achieving an objective or aim. SWOT analysis categories the key pieces of information into two main factors:

 Less number of customers due to competition from global companies.
 User interface were not so tech-savvy when compared to Apple
Opportunity
 Launch more number of low - end phones in the market.
 Launch many more new product line like TV set – top box, pen drives, hard disk, modem, Wi – Fi equipments, other consumer goods
Threats
 Threat from low price well known brands like Lava phones, Samsung, Maxx mobiles, Karbonn mobiles , etc.,
 Competitors launching similar kind of product in much lower cost.
 Awareness among the people
