Hey what is up graduates of 2022. I'm surprised you made it this far, no I'm just kidding but you are going to be in highschool and that is kinda scary. I have learned a lot from my past and I´ve made some mistakes in the previous grades but I have learned from them and I think we all have. We also had some really good days and times in middle school. I hope that in high school we will do really good and we will probably make mistakes but just like middle school we will learn from them. In 6th grade i was new to the school and had no friends and knew no one. I thought that i had to impress people to make friends and after awhile i learned that people dont need to be impressed with clothing or popularity. Impressing others is not what you should focus on in middle school and i regret doing that. I did have a lot of accomplishments in like i was on honor roll for the first time in 7th grade and …show more content…
it has been a better experience since 8th grade has started because i dont get in trouble as much as i use to. Since last year i used to be very talkative and get in trouble with talking and this year it has been so much better. [i have learned a lot from this year in 9th grade and i feel so much more responsible now. Now i feel so nervous because the school year is coming to an end and high school is around the corner and i am scared for it. There are a mixed emotion for highschool i will not know what i'm going to feel when i get into high school yet. There are a lot of things that i will remember from middle school that were so much fun. I remember going to football games with my new friends and it was so much fun. My favorite part about middle school year was meeting my best friends kelsee and claire because they are so important to me and i love them. We help each other there our good and bad and that is why they are so special to
It will be fun because I get to have classes with my friends and I get to do fun activities like gym and different clubs. I am also looking forward to some things. I am looking forward to meeting new friends and teachers. I am also looking forward to going to sports games to watch sports like football and basketball. That is what I expect high school to be like and what I am looking forward to the
Korbey (2015) stated, the transition from middle school to high school is a big one, perhaps bigger than appeared at first blush. Ninth grade is difficult because it tells whether students graduate or not. When students move into high school it's so different. Willens,( 2013 ) When students start over they start to forget things. Ninth grade is the most important year because it tells if students graduate.
A lot of stuff happened in eighth grade, some good, some bad. For one good thing, every time at the end of quarter, we would do nothing and just play games, eat pizza, and watch movies. All the bad things I can think about is just the bad grades I get on test sometimes like that. So the goods outweigh the bads.
When I started Unity High School I thought that it was going to be boring school because my first choice was Skyline but my mom made me come to this school so I had to obey what my mom wants because she takes care of me and helps me with whatever I need help with so going to the school that she wanted me to go to was the least I could have done. I thought that high school was going to be difficult because the work that my brother would bring home when he was in high school looked really hard and I did not understand most of the work he needed to complete. But I realized that I need to be taught the material before I go on and do the work
That was the best day of my life. 10th grade was not as cool as 9th grade. 10th these people would stare at me like in a mean until I find out that it was this mean girl in school she hated every one and she had two girls that would walk with her everywhere she went. The girls looked mean. One day as I was walking down the hall and one of the girl tried to trip me
High School is said to be the “best years of your life” but it was when Middle School that molded me into the person I am today. At Roosevelt Middle School, I met one of the most influential people in my life. It wasn’t until my last year that I met my English teacher, Mr.Noel, but it would be the most important year. Mr. Noel has been a huge influence on me even to this day, and is the driving force behind my career goals. Eighth grade was an anxious one, in a year I’d be off to high school and start over again from the bottom as a freshman.
No one can honestly say that they enjoyed middle school. I know that I can’t. Unfortunately, as young teenagers, we are impressionable, and whatever habits and traits that we pick up in middle school can alter the course of our lives. Look at me, I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis the summer before eighth grade and now my life has been changed forever. If I’m being completely honest, middle school helped me become the person I am today.
Yes, I have had my ups and downs, and yes there is and will be drama, but that is high school, and you can’t really do anything about it. I try to make the most of every moment, and it works extremely well. Everything that has gone on here, for me, have been the most exciting moments of my life. I have made new friends by the time of Christmas break in seventh grade, and people accept me for who I am. Not many schools have people like Ascension Christian does.
“This is a new year, a new beginning and things will change,” (Taylor swift). 6th grade has had a bunch of positive and negative impacts of my life. When I entered sixth grade it has changed me a lot from being more responsible to harder school classes and to having more freedom. Since I have been in sixth grade I have gained more responsibilities to handle.
The past four years of my life hold both my highest of highs and my lowest of lows. High school can be a very awkward time period in a person’s life. Four years ago, I made the intimidating switch from St. Mary’s School to Algoma High School. There were certain aspects of high school which made me nervous, but academics was not one of them. I learned how to be a responsible student in my earlier years, and school had always come relatively easy to me.
Get prepared and always be ready!!! I'm ready for high school although it seems hard. It sounds a lot funner than Junior High, you get more freedom in high school. In junior high you can't have your phones out at all but in high school you can. So i'm ready to get there to have more freedom and i'm ready to leave junior high.
After School Studies More than 4 out of 5 students graduated with a regular high school diploma within 4 years of starting 9th grade. (FYSB) When I was in 8th grade, most middle school teachers would talk about how tough high school would be, so I was nervous. In middle school all of my teachers said high school was not that bad, but it would be a lot of work. When I heard rumors going around about everybody failing I got really scared.
After high school, many of us have goals we want to complete, but the path towards our goals may not always run smoothly or be easy, whether big or small. We all faced the everyday challenges of high school , from getting out of bed in the morning or passing that exam everyone said was complicated. Now, it’s time to decide what our goals will be and how we’ll make it there. Don’t dwell on your past mistakes towards your original plans, look forward to the future and what you can accomplish.
My high school experience was a long, frustrating learning experience. I didn’t know what to expect, or what I was getting myself into. Nobody gave me the tools to understand the main focus of each year. I am going to give you tips and advice on how to succeed in high school. I will discuss 9-12th grade along with what to expect each year.
I had many fun experiences in 8th grade. Although I am very excited to move on to highschool, I will miss 8th grade as well. I learned many things in 8th grade. I learned a lot about U.S. history and I found physics very interesting. Algebra and Spanish, the two high school classes that I took this year were quite challenging but very rewarding.
