Having volunteered with a hospital (Loma Linda Murrieta) that utilized Scribe America scribes, I saw firsthand the expectations and responsibilities of a Scribe America scribe. I also saw how the job was serving as a major stepping stone to many of the scribes overall healthcare career. I want to be a Scribe America scribe firstly because I have seen firsthand what the scribes can do to aid the physicians and what the scribes gained from it, such as strong work relations, education, and experience but also because I have an immense amount of respect for the company. One of the reasons why I have an immense amount of respect for the company is because of the opportunities it provides its scribes, but also because I saw first-hand the treatment the scribes received. What impressed me about Scribe America’s treatment was the work that went into cultivating a positive and enthusiastic work environment for the scribes and chief’s scribes.
The technological advances are compatible within the hospitals, the human factors play a significant role to promote the hospital to public as an example: hospital with an excellent nursing crew and talent doctors will surely have a good reputation. Mary could target the advertising efforts towards the physicians who may be interested in utilizing the hospital. To mention the technology in advertising is very important because nowadays people have high trust in new technology more than handiwork, so, they will feel comfortable to that hospital due it care with new technology. Mentioning the efficiency of doctors and their scientific and practical testimony, and featuring the technical expertise, scientific evidence, and facilities to show the public that we have the best doctors with best technology. Columbia Hospital’s public relation department created an invitation and a video that incorporated the branding message of a “healthy change” with the new tagline, along with the visual elements of the palm frond or palm-of-hand logo. The video are produced using a sincere, heartfelt approach. It features a montage of images that capture people of all ages enjoying life, along with images of medical professionals. The narration touchingly describes how change is an inevitable part of life and how Columbia Hospital is experiencing a healthy change by evolving into West Palm Hospital to better reflect the exceptional health care they provide and the needs of the West Palm Beach community. With the video, it is expected that it will provide aid in delivering the messages towards the customer on what Columbia Hospital had to offer in a much simpler forms which is easier to understand.
In 2014, I enrolled at the State University at Albany to continue my education towards a career in medicine. My decision to become a physician is a combination of several driving forces. I realize that becoming a physician requires extreme degree of dedication and mental discipline; for me, these are also the attractive aspects of the career in medicine. One of the greatest accomplishments one can hope to achieve is to have a career that improves human pain and suffering, while encouraging sharing of ideas to improve delivery of care and patient outcomes.
